Where we deliver
FAB Furniture delivers across the United Kingdom, the European Union and worldwide. Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout based on your address.
UK delivery and free delivery
We are pleased to offer free standard delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom. There is no minimum spend for free UK delivery.
UK delivery times
Standard UK delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days from dispatch for smaller items. Larger furniture may take a little longer; any expected lead time is shown on the product page or confirmed by email.
Express UK delivery
Need it sooner? Express delivery (1 to 2 working days) is available at checkout for GBP 9.95 on eligible items.
EU delivery
We deliver across the European Union for a flat GBP 19.95. Delivery usually takes 5 to 10 working days depending on the destination and customs.
Worldwide delivery
We ship to most countries worldwide for a flat GBP 39.95. Delivery typically takes 7 to 14 working days depending on the destination and local customs handling.
Large and furniture deliveries
Larger furniture is sent on a dedicated furniture or pallet service. Our courier will usually contact you to arrange a convenient delivery day. Please make sure access and doorways are suitable before ordering.
Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 working days. Orders placed at weekends or on UK bank holidays are processed on the next working day.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched we will email you tracking details where available so you can follow your delivery.
On the day of delivery
For larger items, please ensure someone is available to receive and check the delivery. Most couriers deliver to the room of your choice on a standard service; white-glove options may be available on request.
Checking your order on arrival
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is missing or damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographs so we can resolve it promptly.
Failed or missed deliveries
If a delivery is attempted and missed, the courier will usually leave a card with re-delivery instructions. Repeated failed deliveries or storage caused by an incorrect address may incur additional charges.
Incorrect address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Customs, duties and taxes
For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, any import duties, taxes or customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our delivery charge. Please check your local rules before ordering.
Delays
Very occasionally, delivery may be delayed by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather or courier disruption. We will keep you informed and do everything we can to help.
Packaging
We aim to package every order safely and as sustainably as we can, using recyclable materials wherever possible.
